Plums
.:. or specifically what to do with the small, sour yellow variety I’ve got in the freezer. Anyone got any fruit wine-making experience?

When I was a kid me mum used to make a wicked plum and gooseberry crumble. Don't see gooseberries around much these days.

I’ve ditched the gin option as I’m a bit sugar intolerant when it comes to my booze. That’s why I’d like to opt for a wine - the fermentation turns the sugar into the good stuff. Now looking into the right yeasts, starters and fruit to sugar and water proportions.

Yep, gin would be my choice. Piece of piss to do as well.

1Kg of plums to 1 litre of decent gin, a touch of juniper berry and some caster sugar.
Guaranteed CabSav will also love it.

Let’s compare the record of Slaven Bilic in his first 20 Premier League games to Sam Allardyce’s last 20, shall we?

Actually, given we’re not 12 anymore and this is a thread that might be of interest to any normal adult with an inclination to do something both useful and pleasant, no, I don’t feel I’m being “hounded”.

If the usual wankers are behaving like they do, that’s just added WHO value.

I'm looking to buy in an equal amount of Damsons.

No real wine-making experience so would appreciate any tips from those who have the skills and knowledge.

Geezer has asked a reasonable question, obviously knowing how poor most of you lot are he assumed you had some home wine making experience. Dont shoot a bloke down for that.

Especially you Willtell you proven nonce.
